Why sell on Lavora

More reach, less friction. Your brand stays yours.

Reach Portugal and Europe

Your work is visible across the country and in the other European Union countries, with no store to build.

We translate what you write

Your pieces and your story move into English and Spanish. It costs you nothing and takes none of your time.

We do the advertising

We invest in campaigns that bring customers to the catalogue. You don't need to buy ads to be found.

Receive what you set

The commission is added to the customer's price, never taken from yours. No fixed costs.

Keep your channels

Your shop, your fairs and your direct channels stay yours. Lavora is complementary.

Run workshops and experiences

Beyond the pieces, you can sell classes and visits to the place where you work. Listing costs nothing.

Sales to other EU countries above €10,000 a year require registration under the OSS scheme. Since you are the seller and you invoice, the threshold is yours. Below that, nothing changes.

How it works

Four steps to your first sale.

  1. 1

    Apply

A short form. Your story, what you make and a few photos.

  3. 3

    List

Not only selling pieces

You can run workshops and experiences too, and listing them costs nothing.

If you teach what you make, you can schedule workshops on Lavora and be paid for them. If you welcome people to the place where you work, you can sell those visits as experiences in the same way. You set what you want to receive per seat and you receive it in full, exactly as with your pieces. No monthly fee and no listing cost.

In your studio or by video call

An afternoon where you work, or a class at a distance. If it is by video call, the room is yours, you paste the link you already use.

Companies too

If you accept groups, a company can ask you for a session just for their team. You reply with a quote and the invoice goes out in your name.

An online class has no radius

Someone in another city or another country joins the same way. It is the simplest way for your work to travel beyond your region.

Does what you make fit?

Do you make the pieces you want to sell?

This is an automated first read, not a decision. We read every application by hand and talk to you before accepting.

What you can count on
We only accept producers after speaking with each one, to be sure they're trustworthy and that what they make is genuinely good.
We read every application by hand, no algorithm deciding for us.
If something goes wrong with an order, we stay in the middle until it's resolved.

Ready to show what you make?

The application takes about 10 minutes. We always reply, whether you're accepted or not.
