Sell your handmade work online, no monthly fee.

The simplest way to sell
your ceramics.

You set the price per piece and receive it in full. The commission is added to the customer, never taken from you.

Describe what you make in one sentence and we'll tell you whether it fits, before you fill in anything. A person makes the final call.

Is it a lot of work?

You do what you already know how to do. The rest is ours.

You
  • 01Make the pieces.
  • 02Set the price of each one.
  • 03Photograph what you sell.
  • 04Pack and ship on time.
Lavora
  • Publishes your listing and translates it into English and Spanish.
  • Handles the site, the payments, the returns and, on many orders, the shipping.
  • Invests in campaigns to bring you customers.
  • Helps you register with the tax office and gives you access to an accountant.

It is the work you already do, plus packing.

The honest conversation

What is written here is what holds.

These are not launch terms.

No monthly fee and no cost per piece listed, and that does not change once there are more of us. There is no paid plan waiting for you further down the line.

Leave whenever you want.

No lock-in and no exclusivity. You carry on at the fairs and on your own channels while you are here, and if one day this stops making sense, you leave with no penalty.

There is a person on the other side.

Every application is read by hand and answered, accepted or turned down. Before accepting, we talk to you by phone or video call.

How it works

Four steps to your first sale.

  1. 1

    Apply

Ten minutes. Your story, what you make and a few photos.

  2. 2

    We talk

Phone or video call, if it makes sense for both sides.

  3. 3

    List

Set the price per piece and your delivery modes.

  4. 4

    Receive and ship

The customer pays via Stripe. Ship on time and get paid to your IBAN.

You need
  • A valid tax setup. We accept several, and anyone producing occasionally reports the income to the Portuguese tax office without registering a business
  • A Portuguese bank account (IBAN PT)
  • Decent photos of the product and the workshop
  • A reply to orders within 24h on weekdays
When you get paid

The customer pays at checkout. After 14 days the return window closes and the amount becomes available. At the end of the month it goes to your IBAN, with the total from every order.

Sales to other EU countries above €10,000 a year require registration under the OSS scheme. Since you are the seller and you invoice, the threshold is yours. Below that, nothing changes.

Now you know what it takes.

Not only selling pieces

You can run workshops and experiences too, and listing them costs nothing.

In your studio or by video call, for individuals or for a company team. You set the price per seat, just as with the pieces, and an online class has no radius.
