Custom orders
Have it made for you.
Some makers accept custom orders. A unique piece, a wedding set, an engraving. We handle the flow from briefing to delivery, without scattered private messages.
1 · Find the maker
See who accepts custom orders in the list below, or check the "Accepts custom orders" badge on each profile. Each one shows what they typically make and examples of their work.
2 · Submit the briefing
Tell them what you want. Size, color, intent, deadline. Attach reference photos if it helps. You don't need an account to submit.
3 · The maker responds
The maker receives your request and responds with a proposal. They accept at the published price, propose a custom quote, or decline, always with an explanation.
4 · You pay, work begins
When you accept the quote, you pay (card or MB Way via Stripe). The maker only receives the money when you confirm receipt of the final piece.
5 · Stages and review
The maker shares work stages with photos. You approve each one or request changes. Everything is recorded in case of dispute.
6 · Delivery
When it's ready, you choose courier shipping, hand delivery by the maker, or pickup at the workshop. You receive, you confirm. Paid.
Why it's different
- In private messages everything gets lost: deadlines, briefings, photos. Here it's recorded.
- The money is held until you confirm receipt. You're safe, the maker is safe.
- Each stage is a photo with your approval. You see the work happening.
- If there's a disagreement, there's proof. We mediate with a clear history.
