Receive the price you set
The price you set per piece is yours, in full. The commission is added on top, never taken out of yours. No monthly or listing fees.
Keep your channels
Your shop, your fairs, your direct channels stay yours. Lavora is a complementary channel, not a replacement.
What you need to start
- A valid tax setup: registered activity (sole trader or company), Artisan Card, or the occasional-activity regime (ato isolado).
- A Portuguese bank account (IBAN PT).
- A few decent photos of the product and your workshop, they don't need to be studio-grade.
- Willingness to reply to customers within a few days.
How the commission works
You set how much you want to receive for each piece, and you receive exactly that. Lavora's commission is added on top of the price the customer pays, never taken out of yours. No monthly fees, no listing fees, no fine print. If you don't sell, you don't pay anything.
When you get paid
The customer pays at checkout, through Stripe. Your sale lands in your Stripe Connect account and is paid out to your IBAN on Stripe's payout schedule, which you can configure in your account. See the guide How to set up payments for a step-by-step.
What we expect from you
- You reply to orders within 24h on weekdays.
- You ship within the lead time you promised on the listing.
- What you deliver matches what's on the page, no surprises.
- You tell us when you're out of stock or on holiday.
How logistics work
Each maker chooses what they offer: courier shipping, hand-delivery, or workshop pickup. For shipping, we integrate with CTT and DPD, you pick at order time, print the label. For hand-delivery and pickup, you arrange directly with the customer.
How to apply
Fill a short form (about 10 minutes) with your story, what you make, and a few photos. We read every application by hand. If it's a fit, we have a quick call and schedule a visit to your workshop. The whole process takes about two weeks.
